1. Test Purpose：Test FLC-18650LT-220 cells low temperature discharge performance under -40ºC;
2. Test Equimpment: NEWARE Battery Auto TESTING Equipment, Low Temperatue Container;
3. Test Method:
3.1 20±5℃0.5C (1100mA) constant current charge to 4.2V, then constant voltage 4.2V charge till charged current declines to ≤ 0.01C. Rest 5 minutes after fully charged;
3.2 20±5℃ 0.2C(220mA) or 0.5C(1100mA) constant current discharge to 3.0V,record the discharge capacity when discharge end;
3.3 Charge the cells as per the process 4.1,rest 10 minutes after fully charged;
3.4 Storage in chamber (-40℃, 6hours),then 0.2C(220mA) constant current discharge to 2.5V,record the discharge capacity when discharge end;
