FLYPOWER can make designs the battery pack solution according to customers requests, including battery management system, battery performance and reasonable battery structure.
In order to use safe and service life of the battery, lithium ion rechargeable batteries need to strictly control the charging voltage, discharge voltage, charging current, discharge current and battery temperature. Battery protection scheme is a kind of new and high technology and complex system, which involves a variety of protection functions with communication funcation, can be designed according to a hardware control and software control:
- over voltage protection;
- over charge voltage release;
- over voltage protection;
- over discharge voltage;
- over current protection;
- short circuit protection;
- balanced charge management;
- battery temperature detection;
- rest of capacity testing;
- defect battery analysis and alarm system;
- charge temperature compensation system;

According to the practical application and cost considerations, we use a number of well-known foreign battery management solutions, such as Seiko, Ricoh, TI, Analog and, etc..
