Mainly for the battery cell, finished battery pack charge and discharge performance, over charging and discharging test, capacity testing, battery cycle life and smart battery communication test.The battery testing includes  Lithium ion batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, lithium polymer batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries. 

Battery safety testing laboratory test project:

The electrical tests include short circuit (normal temperature, high temperature short circuit), over charging and forced discharge test. Mechanical tests including the extrusion, acupuncture, heavy impact, impact, vibration, fall, and other tests. Experimental equipment, such as high temperature short circuit test box, battery thermal shock test box, battery incinerator, heavy weight impact device, extrusion test machine, needle punching machine, drop test machine and so on.

Battery environment test labor test project:

It tests the cell or battery  adaptation performance in difference environmnet.The testing projects includes constant heat and humidity test, salt spray test, high temperature test, low battery simulation test and so on.
